Cross-border exploitation needs cross-border remuneration
German screenwriter and SAA patron, Fred Breinersdorfer, to speak at European Voice Copyright 2015 conference and underline the need for authors interests to also be part of the discussions on copyright reform and cross-border access.
Fred Breinersdorfer, the screenwriter behind the Oscar nominated Sophie Scholl, has been invited to join representatives from Hachette and Sky to talk about cross-border licensing and portability of services, something that has already been identified as a priority for the new European Commission.
